1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://royalpalacefr.com and related services provided by Royal Palace (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction.
  • Account information must be accurate. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may verify your email/phone via a one-time passcode (OTP) and may refuse/disable accounts for misuse or non-compliance.

3. Orders & Contract

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we confirm it (e.g., on-screen, email/SMS, or status update).
  • Menu items, availability, and preparation times may vary by branch and time.
  • Images are illustrative; actual items may differ slightly.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order due to stock limits, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or operational constraints. Any payments captured will be refunded as set out below.

4. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in local currency and may change without notice before order acceptance.
  • Delivery fees, service fees, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
  • Promotional pricing may be limited by time, branch, or quantity.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available only within supported areas. Timing estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, or order volume.
  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct and reachable. If we cannot contact you on arrival, we may mark the order as delivered/complete or cancel it.
  • Pickup orders are held for a limited time. Items not collected within a reasonable window may be discarded for safety.

6. Table Reservations

  • Bookings are for selected time slots and party size. Please arrive on time; late arrival may shorten seating time or forfeit the table.
  • We may release unclaimed tables after a grace period to accommodate other guests.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel, do so promptly from your order history or by contacting us. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
  • For quality or missing-item concerns, contact us within a reasonable time with order details and photos (if applicable). We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion subject to local law.

8. Payments

  • Card payments are processed by secure third parties (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • By submitting payment details, you authorize the charge for the order total, including fees/taxes.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension pending resolution.

9. Promotions, Coupons & Loyalty

  • Promo codes, offers, and loyalty benefits may have eligibility, time, or usage limits, and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only as stated.

10. Content, IP & Reviews

  • All site content (menu names, images, logos, text, code) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws.
  • By posting reviews, comments, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display them in connection with our services. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

11. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, deploy malware, scrape at scale, or interfere with others’ use.
  • Do not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.

12. Allergens & Nutrition

Allergen and nutrition information, where provided, is based on standard recipes and supplier data. Cross-contact may occur in kitchens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

13. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Palace from claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

17. Changes to Service/Terms

We may update menus, features, or these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Courts located in France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
